Read Live: Can’t log student out when already logged in

Problem:

A message says a student is already logged in, but the teacher is unable to log the student out.

Cause:

The following message should be displayed, including the Log out student button:

But on some displays, the Log out student button may not be visible. This can occur if you zoom greater than 100% or have low screen resolution (e.g., on Chromebooks).

Solution:

Scroll down and then click Log out student.
