Detailed Summary of changes
- This release introduces multi-factor authentication (MFA) for the Read Live Staff Member Module:
- Staff members with the role Account Administrator or School Coordinator are now required to use multi-factor authentication (MFA) to log into the Staff Member Module. MFA login codes will be sent to these users via email during each login to the staff module.
- Accounts also have the option of requiring MFA logins for users with the roles Teacher or Read Live Assistant. Account Administrators can set this option on the Account & School Administration page in the Staff Member Module.
- Please note: No users are required to use MFA in Read Live student modules. Students are not affected. Staff Members can log in to conduct cold timings, pass students, etc. without using MFA codes.
- New Add Application for Selected buttons have been added to the Student Activity page of the Staff Member Module, allowing users to add an application for many students at once. The new buttons are accessed in the Application-Specific Actions menu on top of the page.
- Refinements have been made to the process of working with students who have no lead teacher:
- For these students, the Lead Teacher control in the Read Naturally Live student module is now enabled for staff members with the role Teacher. This change allows Teachers to assign themselves as lead teacher while working with a student.
- Any staff member with the Teacher role can now place students who have no lead teacher in the Read Naturally Live student module.
- The 4.2.0.0 release also includes other bug fixes and performance improvements.
