What's New in This Release

Read Live version 4.21 includes significant updates to the content of Word Warm-ups Live Level 1, Section I. It also adds a new Required word list practices story option for Read Naturally Live's Phonics series.

Detailed Summary of changes in this release

• Word Warm-ups Live Level 1, Section I has been revised. 
  • The previous boot and book exercises have been removed. New crew, thread, and wasp exercises have been added. Review, Challenge, and Story exercises in the section have been revised.
  • The section's description is now "Diphthongs and other vowel sounds," reflecting the changes made to the exercise content. Supporting documents and question sets in the Phonics/Word Analysis Assessment tool have been updated to match this revision.
  • Students currently working in this section, including those working on the removed exercises, can continue their current work. Student results on Word Warm-ups Live reports also are not affected by the revisions within the section.
• A new Required word list practices story option in Read Naturally Live allows teachers to change the number of required word list practices for a student.
  • Students with the Word List step turned on can be assigned from 1 to 5 required practices.
  • Existing students' story option is set to the previous default of 3 required word list practices.
• This release also includes bug fixes.
