Notes
· Account Administrators can reserve licenses for schools.
· By default, schools are set to use any available licenses in the account. A specific number of licenses may also be reserved for each school. The reserved number sets the number of students in the school who can be licensed at any one time. Other schools in the account will not be able to use licenses reserved for other schools.
Reserving Licenses for School:
- From the navigation menu, select Account & School Administration.
- Click the name of the school for which you need to reserve licenses. The School Details page opens.
- Select the Reserve exactly this many licenses option.
- Enter the number of licenses to reserve.
Note that the box beneath this field tells you the maximum number of licenses you can currently reserve for this school based on licenses available in the account.
- Click Save & Close.
