Read Live User Guide

The Navigation Menu in the Staff Member Module

You can access the main features of the Staff Member Module by using the navigation menu on most pages. The contents of the navigation menu depend on your role.

Teachers see the following items in the menu:

  • Home leads to the staff member module's home page.
  • Student Setup enables teachers to manage students and their licenses.
  • Student Activity allows teachers to monitor and support students across all Read Live applications. 
  • Orientation & Resources leads to a page helping teachers to start working in Read Live.
  • Team lets teachers maintain a list of other Teachers and Read Live Assistants on their personal teaching team.
  • My Groups lets teachers create convenient groups of students.
  • Reports helps staff members monitor student performance.

School Coordinators see the following menu items:

  • Home leads to the staff member module's home page.
  • Staff Member Administration enables school coordinators to manage staff members working in Read Naturally Live at their school.
  • Student Administration allows school coordinators to manage students and their licenses.
  • Student Activity allows school coordinators to monitor and support students across all Read Live applications. 
  • Orientation & Resources leads to a page helping school coordinators to start working in Read Live.
  • Team lets school coordinators maintain a list of other Teachers and Read Live Assistants on their personal teaching team.
  • My Groups lets school coordinators create convenient groups of students.
  • Reports helps staff members monitor student performance.

Account Administrators see the following menu items:

  • Home leads to the staff member module's home page.
  • Account & School Administration lets account administrators manage their account and the schools in it, including those schools' licenses.
  • Staff Member Administration allows them to manage staff members working in Read Naturally Live across their account.
  • Student Administration allows account administrators to manage students and their licenses across the account.
  • Student Activity allows account administrators to monitor and support students across all Read Live applications. 
  • Orientation & Resources leads to a page helping account administrators to start working in Read Live.
  • Team lets account administrators maintain a list of other Teachers and Read Live Assistants on their personal teaching team.
  • My Groups lets them create convenient personal groups of students.
  • Reports helps staff members monitor student performance.
