The Periodic Assessment of Fluency Report provides information about a student's performance on Periodic Assessment of Fluency timings over the course of a school year.
The report can be generated from the Staff Member Module for multiple students at a time. Reports for one to three school years can be generated for each student in the report.
Note that you can also see an individual report for any student before conducting Periodic Assessment of Fluency timings in Read Naturally Live.
To generate Periodic Assessment of Fluency Report for one or more students:
- Log in to the Staff Member Module.
- From the navigation menu, select Reports.
- Choose the Read Naturally Live Reports tile.
- Choose the Periodic Assessment of Fluency Report tile.
- On the Periodic Assessment of Fluency Report page, use column filters and the Search by Group menu to narrow the list of students displayed.
- Select the students you want to include in the report by checking the boxes next to their names. You can select one student at a time, or shift-click to choose a range of students from the list.
- Choose the Generate Report for Selected button.
- Choose the school years for which you want reports.
The current school year (from July 1st to June 30th of the following year) is selected by default. - Choose Generate Reports.
